Quick update on the previous post about dead-as-a-door-nail email. Looks like there is more bad publicity for email out there today, but as it has been said before, “there’s no such thing as bad publicity” — just publicity.

The chart does show an interesting trend but it speaks more about the growth of social networking. Take a look at the comments in the post as they seem to tell the real story . . .
