Thanks to all of our “opinionated” beta users who are giving us great feedback on MessageDance. We’ve been cranking away the last week and got some of the new stuff already in production. You asked for a stream-lined Facebook install - done. You asked for a separate widget design for Facebook - done! You screamed for a simple way to send messages within MessageDance and preview how it will look - finished. How about being able to invite Facebook friends from within Facebook? Ooo mon cheri, c’ette fini! And last but not least, my favorite new feature, send a message to all of your MessageDance friends’ sites by just emailing it to “friends @ messagedance.com”. That’s right, just by emailing to that address, we know who you are, who your friends are, and where they want the message to go. It’s not creepy — it’s poetry in motion.
So what’s next on our to-do list? Very cool hacks. We’re going to release a universal widget that will support MySpace as well as most other platforms. And, well, there’s that not-so-sexy and nagging Internet Explorer support. All in the next coming weeks.
If you’re just reading this blog for the first time and saying to yourself, “what the hell is MessageDance?”. It’s best said with a picture:

Thanks everyone and please continue to send in your feedback!
