I will add one point to Seth’s CLELR ( anybody with less lousy acronym which can give better recall?) and that is DISTRIBUTE. Distribution is key in our fragmented media network. Your content and brand has to dance it’s way to be in front of the consumers. You launch is increasingly becoming an employee motivation affair, consumption launch takes distribution. We just rolled out a very small feature where we are now allowing users to change their background image. That image is self-expression and indicative of their identity. Users don’t have to come to MessageDance website but in the long tail, this brand sprinkling goes a long way in increasing your distribution. Try it!
