10 things I hate about email

I guess, it’s a lot easier to complain about something. That’s why I didn’t use this headline - “10 things I love about social email”. I love the simplicity of email, Gmail is great for most of my needs. Though it doesn’t allow me to engage with my friends on the social network destinations.

Time and again I hear from folks that nowadays they are checking their Facebook/Myspace messages before looking into their inbox. There is a great deal of tool diversity in how people consume their messages during the day. We want to make sure your email reaches all the possible places. To solve that gap we build MessageDance email distribution platform.

We dramatically expanded the reach of your email. To see how that helps you, consider following 10 fun examples of MessageDance use -

  1. Post a video about your favorite football team’s cheerleaders
  2. Send long message to Twitter, which includes Twitter replies as well
  3. Promote your cause, Promote your choice for President
  4. Say something mundane,
  5. Say something profound
  6. Use it as a blog publishing tool
  7. Let your friends know what music you’re in to, Send a song
  8. Let the world know what you want from Amazon
  9. Send one message to all your friends in one email
  10. Publish the hot news that’s important to you

All this you can do from your Gmail or Yahoo or Hotmail or Lotus Notes (bring it on!) accounts. As we keep adding more fun stuff to our email processing, list of things you hate about your email will keep going down.
